BCCI Punishes Rishabh Pant For Breaching IPL Code of Conduct

DC vs CSK, IPL 2024: Delhi Capitals (DC) skipper Rishabh Pant has been fined ₹12 lakh for breaching Indian Premier League (IPL) Code of Conduct during DC vs CSK IPL 2024 match. Pant-led Delhi Capitals (DC) defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 20 runs to clinch their first win of the season on Sunday (March 31) at Visakhapatnam’s Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium.

“Rishabh Pant, the Delhi Capitals captain, has been fined after his team maintained a slow over rate during their TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match against Chennai Super Kings at the Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam on March 31.”

“As it was his team’s first offence of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over rate offences, Pant was fined Rs 12 lakhs.”
