Shubman Gill (24 years and 215 days old) surpassed RCB legend Virat Kohli to become the youngest batter to reach 3000 IPL runs.
Shubman Gill reached the 3000-run mark in IPL in 94 innings. The GT captain is now the fourth-fastest cricketer to attain this milestone.
Moreover, Shubman Gill also surpassed 4,000 T20 career runs.

With this remarkable achievement, Shubman Gill joins the company of legendary players such as Jos Buttler, Chris Gayle and KL Rahul who reached the 3,000-run mark in fewer innings.
Under Shubman Gill’s leadership, Gujarat Titans (GT) have so far won three out of their six matches in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season.
